[va-bird] Riverbend Park Sightings

We visited Riverbend Park this morning between 6:45 and 10 AM and were happy
to see:

DCCs:  5+
Great Blue Herons:  several
Canadas
Wood duck:  pair
Osprey:  3
MODO
Belted kingfisher
Downy woodpecker:  pair
Hairy woodpecker
Pileated woodpecker
Tree swallows:  12+
Blue Jays:  8
Fish crow:  2
Carolina chickadee:  12+
Tufted titmouse:  12+
Carolina wren
Eastern bluebird:  7
American Robin:  24 flying over
Mocker
Starling
Northern parula:  1 seen, many heard
Yellow-throated warbler:  1

Prothonotary warbler:  2 seen, others heard
Ovenbird:  1
Cardinals:  24+
Rose-breasted grosbeak
White-throated sparrow:  15
American Goldifnch:  10

The highlight was the ovenbird:  50 yds behind Visitors Center upper parking
lot, on old road - singing, clearly in view.

Great to return from Brazil to warbler migration.
