Greetings VAbirders!

And speaking of Red-winged Blackbirds, in our garden they are another sign
of Spring, for their visits here are always brief and only during
migration. We had a small flock this morning.
And another happy sign at our feeders today, a male A. Goldfinch was
beginning his transformation into his dandy summer duds.
Spring is creeping up on all this wintry stuff, Spring is on the move!
