[va-bird] Rednecks still around

I saw a Red-necked Grebe at Algonkian park today around 4pm on a quick
stop coming home from work.  It was most of the way across river.  It was
in breeding plumage.  Very cool.  Also, heard N. Parulas and saw a
Prairie Warbler I think.  Not the best at identifying warblers yet.  It
was hard to bird though because of all the fishermen and park-goers.
