[va-bird] Red-headed Woodpecker on BR Parkway

This morning at about 10:30 I saw a Red-headed Woodpecker on a snag near the 
Abbey. It stayed there for about 5 minutes before flying on to the south-west. 
Other migrants between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., seen from the bell tower are in
