[va-bird] Red-Necked Grebe at Sunrise Valley Nature Park

I observed a single Red-Necked Grebe actively feeding at 2:00 pm this
afternoon.  For several minutes the bird was harassed by a large turtle.
The bird was in basic winter plumage.  Also seen were a pair of noisy
Belted Kingfishers.
