After learning of the possibility of White-faced Ibis at Huntley I drove on
down around 6:30 p.m. to take a look. I have no doubt that there were
WHITE_FACED IBIS present as some of my photogrpahs show the reddish face
within the white border and grey bill. They departed about 7:10. I could not
tell if any of the birds were Glossy Ibis, but most of the five were
White-faceds.
Also of note were a DUNLIN and an AMERICAN BITTERN, as well as many GREATER
and LESSER YELLOWLEGS.
