My husband and I have a rare day off together tomorrow and I'd like very much
to see Black Skimmers. I know they're seen regularly at Chincoteague, but we
were hoping for something a little closer to home (W'burg). Has anyone been
seen them in Hampton Creek, Grandview, or Va. Beach? Are they seen in the basin
at Kiptopeake? I appreciate any guidance in this.
