Craney Island continues to be open for birding Mon - Thu from 7:00 AM to
3:30 PM, and Fri from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM. For infomation you can call
the US Army Corps of Engineers at 757-484-1021. Karrin Frankie is a contact
at this number that has been helpful to birders.
Please post what you see. Thank the people at the facility for allowing
weekday birder access, unescorted and at no cost.

in information about birding at Craney Island. I can find nothing on the web
about access (directions, fees, hours, etc.) to this site.
