[va-bird] Purple Martins in Portsmouth, VA and Craney Island access question

While walking around a neighborhood in the Churchland area of Portsmouth 
yesterday afternoon, I saw two male Purple Martins flying about.  I am glad 
to see that they are back.

Also, has Craney Island been re-opened to the public?
