[va-bird] Potomac at Quantico

Not too many waterfowl on the Potomac today.  However, I did encounter a 
strange little mixed group composed of four Canada geese, an American coot, a 
canvasback, and a greater scaup.  I guess safety in numbers prevails!   Also 
saw three ruddies.

Tundra swan are back on the Chopawomsic Creek.
