[va-bird] Possible migrants

Two interesting possible migrants today.  My husband reported seeing a  
Savannah Sparrow on our deck in Chesterfield County, while I heard but did not  
see 
a Rose-breasted Grosbeak singing in our parking lot at my work location in  
Eastern Henrico County
