[va-bird] Pix of banding at Occoquan

I haven't really finished this section, but I thought some people might 
be interested in some pictures I took last weekend at the Occoquan spring 
banding.

I also would like to thank the banders for taking time to explain the 
oepration to me. It certainly was a memorable outing, and I'll be back 
there next April. Saturday, I believe, is the last day of banding for 
this spring, but I'll be out of town.
