[va-bird] Phelps Management area-Faquier Co.

 I birded Phelps Wildlife Management area today from the Curtis Parking Area. I 
hit the parking lot about 7am. Hazy sun and pleasantly cool. The amount of 
species was less than usual but volumes were good. I walked to and around the 
water area by the river. It is indeed very low. No cute little Hooded Merganser 
babies this year. Birds listed as seen:
