[va-bird] Pergrine on Potomac

At 12:42 pm today I saw a Peregrine flying north along the strip of land 
between the GW Parkway and the Potomac River, near Ft. Hunt.

I'm going to assume that it was the same bird that Rich and Paula saw at Dyke 
Marsh the other day.  But you know what assuming gets you...........
