I work out in the Fair Lakes area right near 7100 and we have woods all
behind our buildings between us the intersection of 7100 and Fair Lakes
Parkway.
For the last few weeks we have had a pair of Cooper's Hawks hanging around
and I am hoping they are going to nest here. There is one tree in
particular that has a bunch of leaves that we have seen the hawks light on
numerous times.
Does anyone know when Cooper's lay their eggs and start incubating?
I sure hope the snow and ice doesn't scare them off. It would make my
spring out here.
Cheers, Janet Martin
