[va-bird] Osprey arrival date

OK.  So much for that.  I've now heard from a few people telling me about 
Osprey that have been in the Commonwealth all winter, and one seen at Lynnhaven 
Inlet on 1 Jan.  Sorry Kurt, that Osprey and the rest of them are excluded from 
further discussion.  Maybe the one at Neabsco Creek 20 Feb was a migrant, but 
who knows.  Ixnay on the Preyosay.  
Preemptively, if anyone had Tree Swallows every day of winter, keep it to 
yourself.  Let me have my fun.  No, not really.
