1 possible YB Cuckoo, seen too briefly to confirm

2 ducks (possibly immature Mallards) (on the little dead-end part of
the loop)
2 mature B. Eagles (on the little dead-end part of the loop, on the
sandy beach)
1 Oriole, likely a Baltimore (but a darker orange, so might have been
an Orchard)

       ~8 Canada Geese

(Occoquan Bay NWR (703 491-686) is on the site of the old Harry Diamond Lab in
Woodbridge, VA. Upon entering Woodbridge on Rte 1 going south, cross the
Occoquan River and turn left at the first major intersection, onto Dawson Beach
Road. The park is at the end of the road (approximately a half-mile. Starting
July 1, the park is open 7 days each week, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.)
