[va-bird] Occoquan NWR, Pr. Wm. Cty

I was surprised to flush four Woodcocks around noon today as I came around 
the corner that skirts the small pond near the parking lot.

Other highlight of the afternoon was two Blue-winged Teal near the area 
where the King Rail has been heard.  I hung around for about a half hour but 
did not see the rail.
