[va-bird] Occoquan Bay NWR, 12/12/04

I spent about three hours birding the northeastern quarter of Occoquan Bay 
NWR.  Highlights were a COMMON YELLOWTHROAT, AM. TREE SPARROWS, and 5 BALD 
EAGLES.  The yellowthroat and ATSPs were just to the southeast of the gate 
at Bravo and Taylor Point Roads.
