[va-bird] Nothern Neck: Heathsville, Balls Neck, Pope Creek, Aggregate Ind

I had a three day birding bonanza.  My birding started in Healthsville outside 
the Town Hall, I had to get some paperwork filed and I backed into a space and 
a Yellow Belly Sap Sucker was very  busy.  Cars were wizzing past and this bird 
never flinched, it stayed right at work.
