[va-bird] Northern Harrier and Kestrels

Just in case anyone is interested, the stretch of Loudoun County Parkway
between Route 7 and Waxpool Road is a great place to see Kestrels. On any
given day, I've seen as many as five (maybe six) perched on the wires along
the gravel section of this road. And yesterday, there was a female Northern
Harrier hunting in the fields in that area as well...
