[va-bird] Northern Harrier

Finnaly my favorite winter resident is back in the marsh around my house.
Paddled Garnett's Marsh on sat.29th and sun.30th. My first King and Queen
northern harrier for the season was hunting over the marsh on the 29th. I got a
chance to see it dive a numder of times close to my kayak. They are the most
amazing birds of the marsh.
A couple other species: american coot huddled up in a mud bank let me get
within 20-30 feet in the kayak, pied billed grebe, and 6 wood ducks spooked.
