[va-bird] No sign of Dulles Airport Snowy Owl (Thurs 2/16 evening)

Typically, one posts sightings of birds to this list.  But, in
this case, this is a non-sighting perhaps worth reporting.

Birders were at Dulles Airport Parking Lot # 2 continuously from
3:45pm until nightfall (6:15-ish). Most of the snow has melted on
the grassy areas, but there were enough snow patches to make it
imperfect viewing. (Most of the snow patches were the shape,
size, and color of a snowy owl ... or perhaps it just seemed that
way). Sky was clear and dry; with a brisk wind blowing and some
heat-shimmer from the runways.

We saw no sign of the snowy owl; despite near-continuous scanning
with multiple binoculars and a 45x scope.

Is anyone aware of sightings after Sunday evening the 12th?
