[va-bird] Nighthawks at Reston Town Center

For those who live in the Herndon Reston and points west area, who do not want 
to go in to Tyson's Corner, there is another place to see the Nighthawk Show.  
Last night there were at least 10 to 15 or more Nighthawks over the lights of 
the Hyatt Hotel at the Reston Town Center.  I viewed them from the, now open, 
parking lot near the Rio Grande Restaurant but closer views can be had from the 
parking lot near Ruby Tuesdays or if one walks up to the hotel.  I began 
observing about 8:30 pm and left about 9:00 pm,
