Hello VAbirders, With starbird season here we've been keeping an eye out straight up over our yard. Last night 5 Nighthawks passed over in about 15 minutes, headed in the direction of the Tysons pyramid buildings. My son Gabriel decided to drive over there to see what he could see. His effort was rewarded with the sight of what he reported as hundreds of starbirds filling the sky over the buildings. Only wish I had had time to go with him!
