Celebrating the Commonwealths Commitment to Conservation, on Thursday,
September 19, 2002, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Fairview Park Marriott
in Falls Church, VA.
Presentations from VA Secretary of Natural Resources, W. Tayloe Murphy, Jr.,
Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chair, Hon. Katherine Hanley, Arlington
Board Member, Hon. Jay Fisette, and NVCT President, Paul Gilbert will highlight
local and statewide conservation initiatives including the 2002 State and
County Park Bond Referendums to be voted on in the Nov. 5, 2002 election.
