[va-bird] Monticello Park, Alexandria VA (am)

Monticello Park did not disappoint once again today. I birded between
8:30am-9:30am, but didn't keep a written bird list of what was seen. The
highlight for me was my first ever NASHVILLE WARBLER in the stream (which
I identified frighteningly fast for having never seen one - I guess I've
been reading the bird books a little too often!).

Many folks also got their first MOURNING WARBLER, who, after playing
peek-a-boo finally allowed everyone at least one good look. Also present
were the WILSON'S WARBLER, CHESTNUT SIDED WARBLER, MAGNOILIA WARBLER,
COMMON YELLOWTHROAT, REDSTART (yellowstart actually), BLACK-THROATED BLUE
WARBLER, and probably many others that I didn't see.

Needless to say, I was late to work, but left very happy for the plethora
of warbler activity still happening at this great park!
