VA BIRDers,
With spring migration heating up in No. Virginia, I checked my records and
quickly put together this list using my records of extreme dates for
interesting migrants observed in the pocket-sized Monticello Park (on Beverly
St.). Although these notes are far from complete, I hope it can be used as a
guide to local and visitor birders to this migrant trap (usually most
productive in late morning to early afternoon). If you come across a new
extreme date or a species not on this list, please report it to this
