[va-bird] Mississippi kite at Huntley Meadows Park

I went down to Huntley Meadows Park a little later this morning, hoping to see 
a Mississippi kite.  I was rewarded with a nice view of 1 kite soaring over the 
main marsh at 9:15 AM.  After about 5 minutes,it flew off in the direction of 
the hike-bike trail.
