[va-bird] Mississippi Kites in Eastern Fairfax County

  I stepped out of my car late this afternoon, looked up, and saw the three 
Mississippi Kites mentioned in today's ANS Report.  They were circling low at 
tree-top level, two blocks south of the Carl Sandburg Middle School.  Since we 
have lots of noisy cicadas, the kites should stay around for a while.
