[va-bird] Mississippi Kite in Annandale, Fairfax County

A pair of Mississippi Kites circled over my house about 2 hours ago - in  
Annandale west of the Beltway and about quarter of a mile from where they have  
nested in recent years. No courting behavior noted but I hope this means they  
will nest near here again this year.
