[va-bird] Mississippi Kite- Eastern Shore 7/18

On my way home from a birding trip to a couple of the barrier islands, I
saw an immature MISSISSIPPI KITE at the Eastern Shore of Virginia NWR.
The kite was circling fairly low near the Ramp Rd. pond at around
12:45. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise. Good birding.
