[va-bird] Migration of list

Please accept my apologies if you've recently received a welcome message =
to va-bird.  We are in the process of setting up the list on a new, =
hopefully more reliable server and I inadvertently failed to change a =
default in the list administration settings that sent the welcome =
message.  You will receive a message from Paul Mocko, the current list =
owner, with futher explanation about the migration.  Sorry for any =
inconvenience.
