[va-bird] Merlin back in Fairlington

The Merlin was back on his favorite perch before sundown this afternoon after 
several days absence (I was out of town and didn't check part of week).  
Location: Fairlington Community Center, Arlington, 33rd St and S. Stafford 
Street, 
in Fairlington Village. Check large oak between building and playground.

Also, the Eurasian Teal was present and seen by a number of folks at Huntley 
Meadows this morning.
