There was a Merlin at Huntley Meadows this morning. It was sitting in one
of the dead trees as you look away from the observation tower, then it
terrorized some peeps, flying stright across the water to the edge fo the
woods at the left of the beginning of the boardwalk side (as you are
entering the boardwalk). This is the first one I have ever seen.
The Cattle Egret was still there, too.
