[va-bird] MOS field trip to Banshee Reeks

We led a field trip to Banshee Reeks in Loudoun county today for MOS as part
of their convention.  Highlights included 1 female Northern Harrier, 2 Red
headed Woodpeckers, both Orioles and Yellow breasted Chats displaying.
