[va-bird] Long tailed Ducks and Common Loons

We went down to Occoquan NWR, then up to Beaverdam Resevoir in Loudoun
county and finished off at the Dulles Wetlands.  Highlights of the day were,
1 Common Loon at Occoquan, 6 Common Loons at Beaverdam (all in breeding
plummage), and 2 LONG TAILED DUCKS (1 male and one female) at Beaverdam.
Also had a Brown Creeper, Eastern Meadowlark, 2 Northern Harriers (1 male
and 1 female) and Rusty Blackbirds at Occoquan.
