Cliff,
Your photos really bring these wonderful birds to everyone. I was
thrilled also to see on your Huntley Meadows link, for
who can resist a trip to Huntley even vicariously, the barred owl. This
photo is special for those of us who have listened to the barred owl;
even more than two unusual sisters in law, I have heard their screech in
the weather changes in the afternoons there.
Did anyone have the thought that the hybrid duck was as large as and
had coloration of possibly a goose?
Thanks also for the trip to Winnepesaukee as our family spent many
weekends and holidays at that beautiful location.
