Wow.. thanks for posting those shots. Probably the only opportunity I'll get to 
see a leucistic Mallard. I'm no expert, but it looks like a Mallard to me.

  During our visit to Chincoteague on Sunday, my husband, John Young, took 
pictures of a bird we thought might be a leucisitc Mallard.  We saw it in the 
water between the draw bridge and the causeway.  Below are 2 links to the pics.
