[va-bird] Lateish Rose-breasted Grosbeak

On a trip to Blackwater Creek Nature Area in Lynchburg this morning a
Rose-breasted Grosbeak still lingering in these lower elevations was
heard calling.  It flew off before its sex could be determined.  Also,
two groups of Cedar Waxwings were seen, numbering around 60 and 30.
These are the largest numbers I have seen around here in a while.
