[va-bird] Late hummer

Female (probably) or juvenile Ruby-throat at the pineapple sage in our front 
yard here in northside Richmond about 11:00am today.  It stayed around to 
sample a multitude of blossoms.

The pineapple sage came into bloom about three days after the large (for us) 
number of Ruby-throats had departed.  I thought at the time what a drawing 
card the sage would have been.  Perhaps its role is to nourish the 
latecomers.
