VA Birders, I spotted two LOUISIANA WATERTHRUSH yesterday; one at Dyke Marsh in the morning, and the second in Waverly Park, south of Old Courthouse Road, Vienna, Fairfax Co. while walking my bluebird trail. Could this being fall migration already? Or are these birds just moving off of breeding territories? In either case, it was a nice coincidence.
