[va-bird] King Eider at CBBT

VA birders,
  
Mike Iwanik just called from the CBBT to report that he and Vicky Gullet
found a first winter KING EIDER at CBBT Island-1 this morning, Friday,
March 31. The eider was with a mixed flock of Surf and Black Scoters
that was drifting west at the north end of the island.
