[va-bird] Is it a turkey vulture?

I found the remains of what in nearly all respects appears to be a turkey
vulture, based on what's left, which is only the wings.  However, the
marginal coverts and the alula are reddish brown grading into white.   Do
young TUVUs have this feature?
