[va-bird] Iceland Gull in Va Beach

An immature Iceland Gull was present this afternoon just north Rudee Inlet in 
Virginia Beach.  The Iceland Gull, along with perhaps 100 Ring-billed, 75 
Herring, 25 Great Black-backed and at least 10 Lesser Black-backed Gulls were 
all waiting at the outfall of the dredge pipe waiting for goodies to splash by.
