[va-bird] Huntley / Stone Bridge Oct. 19

To add to Mr. Gaskill's note: this afternoon I also saw a Woodchuck on the
edge of the marsh grass visible from the observation tower. It was in view
for a minute or two, and surprised me and the other observers on the tower.
An immature Bald Eagle circled overhead for while. From the boardwalk I saw
at least 20 Greater and at least 2 Lesser Yellowlegs, and a calling backlit
Dunlin landing.

Near the stone bridge over Hunting Creek (Fairfax / Alexandria border) I was
enchanted by the cowbirds eating seeds directly from the planted grasses.
Over the mudflat west of the stone bridge around noon I saw a Forster's Tern
among the gulls, and (seemingly) the same almost-adult Bald Eagle that I saw
on September 18 as Hurricane Isabel was approaching. And an immature
Cooper's Hawk as well.
