[va-bird] Huntley - Northern Waterthrush, Broadwing Hawk

  A couple of hours at Huntley Meadows, Fairfax Co. from 11:30 to 1:30 produced 
some nice birds.  My family and I were enjoying the sun and cool breezes the 
day had to offer.
   
  Best bird was a very vocal NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH at the beginning of the 
boardwalk.  We all had nice views of one of the AMERICAN BITTERNs in it's 
"usual" patch.  Additionally, there was one SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER among 
several LEAST PEEPS close to the boardwalk, among a nice selection of 
shorebirds.  As I was watching that bird, a YELLOW-BILLED CUCKOO called out 
from the trees.  Looks like a single GLOSSY IBIS remains, though our looks were 
distant.  A BROADWINGED HAWK circled over the park as we were leaving the 
meadow, and on the road out of the park, both SUMMER and SCARLET TANAGERS were 
vocalizing.  We had nice views of the Scarlet out of the sunroof!  List is
