[va-bird] Huntley Meadows: Shorebirds, Rusty Blackbirds

Pectoral Sandpipers, Wilson's Snipe, and Lesser Yellowlegs were observed in
main wetland.  Over 600 Rusty Blackbirds (I lost count) were seen moving up
Barnyard Run from below the tower.  They were traveling in multiple flocks
of 25 to 75 each, a few seconds apart.  Full list below:
