Please forgive the tardiness of this report. A result of an overburdened
schedule. Fourteen birders participated in the Huntley Meadows Monday Morning
walk. We tallied 56 species, with sitings of an osprey gathering nesting
material, 7 Wilson's snipe, several shorebirds, and a large flock of Rusty
Blackbirds as highlights of the morning. The weather was cool, sunny and calm.
