[va-bird] Horned Grebes, Fairfax County

VA Birders,

There were two Horned Grebes at the sewage treatment plant near
Centreville this morning.  I could not see them from the main entrance
so I drove around the back where I could look through the fence and see
the water without the sun's glare.  From there I was easily able to pick
them out.
